Bring your pet along with any necessary supplies. Our friendly staff will help you with the check-in process and answer any questions you may have.
Boarding Requirements
At Brick Valley Farm, we prioritize your pet’s safety, comfort, and well-being. To ensure the best possible experience for both pets and owners, we ask that all guests meet the following requirements:
Health & Safety
- Vaccinations: Proof of current vaccinations is required.
- For dogs: Rabies Certification, Distemper/Parvo (DHPP), and Bordetella.
- For cats: Rabies Certification and FVRCP.
- All vaccines need to be given at least 2 weeks prior to your pet’s stay.
- Current Dog License: License number is required.
- Flea & Tick Prevention: All pets must be on a flea and tick preventative. If fleas are found, treatment will be administered at the owner’s expense.
Personal Accommodations
- Tailored Care Plan: Share your pet’s routine, dietary needs, play preferences, and any special accommodations so we can tailor their stay.
- Medical Needs Disclosure: Please provide detailed instructions for any medications or special care your pet requires.
- Personal Items Welcome: You’re encouraged to bring your pet’s favorite bed, blanket, toys, or treats to help them feel at home.
Behavior
- Temperament Assessment: Pets must be non-aggressive and comfortable with staff handling. Let us know about any behavioral concerns ahead of time.
- Pet Compatibility: We house pets in separate zones based on size and temperament to ensure everyone’s safety.
